The National Institute of Building Sciences seeks to increase its ability to engage with small and minority businesses in hopes of expanding our portfolio of subcontractors able to service our federal agency clients.

The Institute provides services to federal agencies through the evaluation and research of issues impacting the performance, durability, sustainability, resilience and operation of Federal Government facilities. In doing so, the Institute provides specific guidance on a variety of issues among others including design and construction criteria, enclosures protection, durability of building materials and products, operational and maintenance procedures and processes.

We are seeking minority and small businesses that possess capabilities that can provide services in the fields of engineering and architecture to assist the Institute in the delivery of information and guidance to meet project delivery requirements under future contracts and task orders.
